THE attention of Owners of Dogs is directed to Section -1 of " The Dog Registration Act, 1S80" which is as follows : — " Any person who shall keep any Dog -within the Colony of a age than six months for a period of fourteen days without causing such Dog to be registered and such registration to be made asrain from year to year shall be liable to a penalty of Five Pounds for every such Dog over and above the amount of any fee payable in respect of the registration of such Dog."
