Throwing the 161b Hammer.—lst, prize, £1 10s, Dennohay (94ft sin) ; 2nd, 15s, O'Callaghan (92ft B£in). Waipukurau Handicap, three events, 150, 300, and 400 yards. First prize, £8 and cup; second, £4 ; third, £2. Race to be decided by points, to count as follows: — first in each event, 5 points; second, 3 points; third, 2 points.
