December 27. A report is to hand that a largo force of the Mithdites is entrenched at a point only two days' march from Meraweh, to which place Wolseloy is now despatching , troops from. Korti. A detachment of six hundred strong of the South Staffordshire Regiment leaves Korti to-morrow for Meraweh.
