ST. MARK'S CHURCH, CLIVE. IT is intended to hold a Sale of AV.rk on the 20th and 22nd December in aid of funds to enlarge St. Mark's Church. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23rd. A GRAND ORCHESTRA of 30 Performers (the largest Orchestra heard in Napier), including 9 Lady A'iolinists, will play Schubert's Ballet Music, Handel's Fire Music, and Minuet from Samson, Lanner's Steyrische Tauze, Pleyel's Allegro and Minuetto, and the Favorite Organ Piece Adoremus, specially arranged for the Orch.stra by the Concert-giver. A Select Choir of 20 voices will sing Operatic Choruses by Schubert and Schumann, and two unaccompanied part songs by Mendelssohn. Several of .Mr Spademan's Pupils will make their debut on this occasion. Prices as u.ual. Plau at Mr Jacobs'.
