The bank rate is unchanged at 5 per* cent. The Bank of England reserve is £11,000,000. The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 39 per cent. The New Zealand 5 per cent. 10-40 loan has declined to 103$. The other loans are Unchanged. Colonial breadstuff's and tallow are unchanged. . Wool'—At to-day's salo a quieter tone prevailed. Scoured wools were weaker. The catalogue comprised 9000 bales. Since the opening series 11,250 bales have been Withdrawn from sale. (Received Nov. 29th, 1.10 a.m.) Sydney, November 28.
