APPEAL COURT.
Wellington, This. day. At the Appeal Court yesterday judgment •wis delivered in the case of Klengenstem •v Walters (Christchurch), the appeal being allowed,'and judgment ordered to bo entered for the plaintiff for £142 /s, with interest from August last and costs. In Cotterill v. Young, judgment was given for plaintiff with costs. Tho Court then ■ adjourned till Wednesday when the last case, Shoehan v. Sutton will be argued.
