PARIS.
November 6. Some cases of cholera have occurred here, and the outbreak has caused considerable alarm. (Received November 8, 12.45 p.m.) November 7. Twenty-one cases of cholera, thirteen of which proved fatal, have occurred in tho city since Wednesday last. Stringent precautions have been adopted by the authorities to prevent the spread of the disease.
