NOTICE is hereby given that on and after Ist October next all premises situated within the folowing boundaries shall be included within the PAN SYSTEM DISTRICT, viz,, from subdivision 19 of suburban section 54, at the junction of Battery and Shakespeare roads, thence along Battery road to Battery Point, thence in a northerly direction along the boundary of the Borough by way of the Breastwork and Hardin go road to the starting point.
