Novel Handicap, of 40 sovs.—Tongariro 1: Tristan 2 ; Gamecock 3. Hurry Scurry, of 10 soys.—Forest King 1. Consolation, of 20 soys.—Pirate 1; Tristan 2. Pirate won easily at the finish.
