County Council invite tenders for the construction of 2 miles 42 chains of roads near Marshall's crossing, Pohui road. Mr J. M. Macdonald wants tenders for filling in a quarter-acre toAvn section. The horse Young Barber will stand this season at Ryan's Hotel, Taradale. Messrs R. Hannah and Co. have definitely fixed the date of removal to their new premises opposite the Post Office for Thursday, October lGth.
