SUPREME COURT.
"Waxoanui, Tliis clay. Judgment was given on Friday in the c;isc of Munro v. Bydder for £522. The claim was for £1500. The Court was occupied on Saturday with hearing- the case of Adsi'tt v. the Manchester Higliwsiy Board, an action for compensation for hush alleged to have been burned by some employes of tliat Board kindling a lire in the bush at midnight. The jury could not agree and were discharged.
