September 20. The Australian and New Zealand mails which left Auckland 011 August lOtli were delivered in London to-day. (Received September il9, 0..'J0 a.m.) September 27. Rumors have been received at Scotland Yard leading to the belief that the Irish dynamite party have formed further plots for the destruction of public, buildings in England, and that emissaries who are now on tlio Continent will "cross t\w Channel in order to carry put the conspiracy. Increased precautions have been taken at Dover, and great vigilencb will ho exercised'both by the Customs officers and the police to prevent tho importation of dangerous explosives. Mr Gladstone has returned from Scotland to his scat at Hawardcn Castle.
