FORMIDABLE RISING OF CONVICTS IN RANGOON.
CHOLERA STILL RAGING IN SOUTHERN EUROPE. (Received September IG, 2.15 p.m.) CAPETOWN. September 25. Considerable agitation is being manifested throughout the Cape Colony, and petitions to the Queen are being numerously signed against the inaotion of tho Imperial Government in connection with tho aggressive action of the Boers in Bochuanaland.
