IN THE MATTER OF THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1882. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Maraekakaho Road Board to take certain lands hereinafter particularly described for tho purpose of constructing a road, and all persons affected are hereby requested to set forth in writing any wc4l-groundcd objections to the extension of such work, or the taking of such lands, and to send such writing within forty days from (lie date of publication hereof to the Chairman of tho Maraekakaho Road Board.
