Nominations for Handicaps close at Mayo's Empire Hotel, Napier, THIS DAY (Tuesday), at S p.m. Handicaps to bo posted at same place on Wednesday, 24th September, at 8 p.m. Acceptances for Handicaps and entries for events not provided for on programme close at same place on Thursday, 25th September, at 8 p.m. Competitors must wear cricketing, football, or University running costume, and declare their distinguishing colour at time of entry. The Committee may withdraw any event for which less than throe competitors appear. All disputes shall be submitted to the committee in writing, and their decision shall be final, and they shall have power at any time to make any alterations that may appear necessary or convenient for conducting the Sports.
