NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Maraekakaho Road Board to take certain lands hereinafter piirticularly described for the purpose of constructing a road, and all persons affected are hereby requested to set forth in Avriting any ay ell -grounded objections to the extension of such work, or the taking of such lands, and to send sucliAvriting Avithin forty days from the date of publication hereof to the Chairman of the Maraekakaho Road Board.
