VIENNA.
September 4. Earl Northbrook, who is now en route to Egypt to investigate the position of affairs in that country on behalf of the British Government, paid a visit to Count Kalnoky, the Austro-Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs, to-day. The interview, which lasted some time, was of a most cordial nature.
