IN THE MATTER OF THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1882, NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Maraekakaho Road Board to take certain lands hereinafter particularly described for tho purpose of constructing a road, and all persons affected are hereby requested to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the extension of such work, or the taking of such lands, and to send such writing-within forty days from the date of publication hereof to the Chairman of the Maraekakaho Road Board. And notice is further given that the plans of the said land and works are open for inspection at tho Public Hall, Maraekakaho. The following is thb description of the said land :—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods and 13 perches, more or less, situate in Block 4, Wakarara Survey District, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, being portions of sections 13 and 14, commencing at the north-east corner of section 13.
