Whilst the Paper will claim its right to discuss every public matter upon colonial grounds, it will nevertheless be found a staunch advocate of the Napier Breakwater, and of all other genuine local interests. The canvass already made justifies tho Directors in the belief that the Paper Avill become a large Ad\-ertising Medium, anel special facilities will be given on liberal terms to Advertisers. The Paper Avill be an Evening Paper, and a Special Country Edition will be issued each day in time to catch the Evening Train. The proposed Capital of the Company, as shown above, is £10,000 in 10,000 shares of £1 each. This amount it is proposed to call up as follows, A'iz., 2s Gd per share on application, anel 2s Gd per share on allotment. It is anticipated that no further call Avill bo required, but power will be taken in tho Articles of Association to enable the Directors to Call up further Capital at intervals of three months, at tho rate of 2s Gel per share, shoulel such bo necessary.
