The canvass already made justifies tho Directors in the belief that the Paper Avill become a large Ad\-ertising Medium, anel special facilities will be given on liberal terms to Advertisers. The Paper Avill be an Evening Paper, and a Special Country Edition will be issued each day in time to catch the Evening Train. The proposed Capital of the Company, as shown above, is £10,000 in 10,000 shares of £1 each. This amount it is proposed to call up as follows, A'iz., 2s Gd per share on application, anel 2s Gd per share on allotment.
