The Fisher Burlesque and Pantomime Company commence a short season in the Theatre' Royal on Saturday evening. The annual election of councillors for tho North, Central, and South Wards of the Borough of Napier Avill take place on the 11th September, and nominations of candidates will be received by the returning officer, Mr BoAver, up to noon on Thursday -Ith proximo.
