The trial of the action for libel brought by Mr Bolton, Crown Solicitor for Ireland, against Mr Parnell and the other proprietors of the Dublin United Ireland newspaper for £30,000 damages, was begun on July 31st. On July 25th Charles Moneypnnny, linen manufacturer, of Belfast, Avas found in a carriage of tho night train between Paris and Brussels with his brains blown out. It is supposed that he was murdered. Noctziu, the Mexican debt agent, has made application to Messrs. Baring to place on the money market a new Mexican loan of 20,000,000 dollars at 7 per cent, interest.
