LARGE ABSOLUTE SALE OE -FREEHOLDS AND T EASEHOLDS, 17ARMS AND QHEEP DUNS, Jl arms and Oiieep JLVuns, avith 60,000 SS__F: RATTLE, TTORSES, & T>LANT, At Napler, Haavke's Bay, ON FRIDAY, 3rd OCTOBER, 1881, TURIROA, AVAIROA, 9500 ACRES, FREEHOLD, CROWN GRANT.— This property will be offered in 10 rural farms, lots varying from GO to 250 acres each, and 9 lots ranging from 400 to 1300 acres, the smaller lots commencing at the Wairoa Toavii boundary. The greater part of the Land is rich agricultural Avide open valleys purchased some years ago so as to command the hills that they surrounded, then the property of the Crown, now an endowment to tho High School.
