BREACH OF CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT.
Wellington, This day. The Returning Officer for the Foxton electorate has instituted proceedings against the Hon. C. Pharazyn for having voted at the recent election for Foxton. In 1881 Mr Pharazyn was convicted under the Corrupt Practices Prevention Act, and was thus disqualified for three years.
