July 29. The Daily Telegraph publishes a telegram from Suakim stating that the garrison of friendly ■ Arabs at Agig, a town on tho coast to the south of Suakim, has.been massacred by tho rebels. The telegram further states that fully 17,000 rebels have noAV surrounded Suakim, and an attack on that toAvn is believed to be imminent.
