CLOSING SCHOOLS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
Auckland, This day. The Board of Education have demanded an explanation from the teachers of the city public schools for closing the schools on election day, Avithout the sanction of the Board. Inspector O'Sullivan sent in a strongly-worded report on the matter.
