TURIROA, WAIROA, 0500 ACRES, FREEHOLD, CROWN GRANT.— This property AviU be offered in 10 rural farms; lots varying from 00 to 250 acres each, and 9 lots ranging from 400 to 1300 acres, the smaller lots commencing at the Wairoa Toavii boundary.
