Sir Donald, Captain Quinlan. got away for Waimarama -with a :cargo of station stores at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon. The p.s. Manaia, Captain Baxter, returned from Wairoa at 6.30 p.m. yesterday, bringing a large number-of passengers and a small cargo. She is to get away again for the same destination to-morrow night., The brigantine Enterprise, Capt. Bell, was towed outside by the Sir Donald at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon, and set sail "at once for Dunedin with a fresh westerly breoze behind her. The Union Compaay's s.s. Southern Cross, hence at 1 p.m. on Monday ,_ is telegraphed as having arrived in Wellington at 2.30 a.m. this day. She will be leaving- Wellington again for the North at 3 p.m. tomorrow, and is duo here on Friday afternoon, but will not be sailing- again until Saturday. The s.s. Kiwi loft Wellington for the Coast and Napier at 5.30 p.m. yesterday, with the English mail on board, and is due hero to-morrow morning. She will discharge, inside, and sail again about 2 p.m. The - s.'a. Wairoa, telegraphed as having left Wairoa at. 7.30 a.m. this day, was coining up the harbor when our report left the' Spit.
