[To the Editor of the Daily Telegraph.] Sir,—A subject of great public interest appears in the present state of tho public mmd to be quite lost sight of,, and I am much surprised to find that Ministers are equally wanting in attention to so momentous a matter, viz., the great risk now rim in this colony of the introduction of small-pox from Victoria, where expert, have decided such disease exists.
