DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT.
Wellington, This day. Parliament was dissolved by proclamation at noon to-day. All the writs were issued at 12.45 p.m., fixing the election for the 22nd July. The writs are made returnable by the oth August, and Parliament meets for the despatch of business on the 7th August.
