I lived for many years in tho neighborhood of Waipawa, and represented tho district in the lato Provincial Council, and I am well acquainted with all its requirements,, and while my chief concern will be the Interests of the colony as a whole, I shall do my utmost for the interests of tho district if I am elected to represent it.
