She has been specially built for the New Zealand trade by Messrs John Elder and Sons, of Glasgow, a firm famous for turning out the fastest boats of the age. No exponso has been spared in rendering her passenger accommodation equal to that of any steamer afloat. Xathog-rapliic plans other ■various saloons, &c, can be seen at the Company's offices. It is intended, weather permitting , , that she shall go through'the Straits of Magellan and call at the beautiful harbor of Rio de Janeiro. The saloon and state cabins are superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisito for tho comfort of the passengers, who are provided with bedding and all cabin fittings. The dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could he desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agents for this Company, and a regular line of vessels will be laid on for the various ports in this colony to meet the re- . quircments of the trade. Arrangements for the passages of friends to and fro from the colony, and also for the conveyance of cargo can bo made at the Head Office, Chriatchureh or at any of the Branches in the colony. D.
