"RTTOTICE is hereby given that it is the j_M intention of the Napier Harbor Board during the next session of the General Assembly to promote the passing of a bill by which provision shall be made for authorising the Governor to grant to the Napier Harbor Board certain lands being part of the foreshore and part of the land covered by tidal waters in Hawkc's Bay, comprising an area of about 1100 acres; and to give power to the said Board to erect harbor works and also to give borrowing powers to the extent of £200,000 for the purpose of carrying out such works. And also for constituting a district within the Provincial District of Hawkc's Bay, which may be rated if required for the purpose of waving , interest on the moneys to be borrowed and for providing a sinking fund and for power to the said Board to make and lev}- rates in such district. "IVfOTICE is hereby given that it is the US intention of the Committee of the Napier Hospital during the next session of the General Assembly to promote the passing of a Bill by which provision shall be made for vesting the site and all present and futui'o property of the Napier Hospital in Trustees to be appointed and giving power to the said Trustees tc manage and deal with such property for the benefit of the said Trust with provisions for the appointment and election of the said Trustees and further giving power to the said Trustees to make Rules and Regulations for the management of the said Hospital.
