"\TOTICF, is hereby given that it is the l-\ intention of the Committee of the Napier Hospital during tho next session of tho General Assembly to promote the passing of a Bill by which provision shall be made for vesting the site and all present and future property of the Napier Hospital in Trustees to be appointed and giving power to the said Trustees te manage and deal with such property for the benefit of the said Trust with provisions for the appointment and election of the said Trustees and further giving power to tho said Trustees to make Rules and Regulations for the management of the said Hospital.
