Subdivision one— 'Jh perches ; with 36 feet frontage to Hastings-street, and 72rr feet to Browning-street Subdivision two—B-J- perches ; 30 feet frontage to Hastings-street, with depth of 72} feet on North and S2-| feet on South side.
