May. s—Southern Cross, s.s., for Poverty Bay and Auckland. Passengers—Messrs Allan McLean and Hugh Campbell. s—Weka, s.s., for the East Cape. s—Sir Donald, s.s., for Blackhead and Waimarama. 6—Manaia, p.s., for Wairoa. Passengers — Four or five Europeans and between twenty and thirty natives.

Tho Union Company's s.s. Southern Cross, Captain Hutchison, got away for Poverty Bay and Auckland at 3.30 p.m. yesterday, and is telegraphed as having arrived at tho former place at -1 a.m. this day. The s.s. Weka steamed for tho East Cape ■with a cargo of statiou stores at 3 o'clock yesterday a ftcruoon. The three-masted schooner Frank Guy, which arrived in tho bay yesterday morning, was berthed iuside"at the breastwork during the afternoon. The s.s. Kiwi, Capt. James Campbell, which left Wellington last Friday evening, arrived here at 11 o'clock last night, and was berthed inside at tho cattle wharf this morning. She reports a good swell on the coast, but was able to land passengers and cargo at Castle Point, Akitoo, and Blackhead on her way up. She is to get away again for Wellington and tho coast at i o'clock this afternoon. The s.s. Sir Donuld sailed for Blackhead and Waimarama last evening, with a quantity of station requisites for both places. The p.s. Manaia, Captain Baxter, took her departure for Wairoa at 4- a.m. this day, taking a largo number of passengers and a good cargo.
