TVTOTICE is hereby given that the Lands }_S enumerated in the Schedule hereundor have been set apart for sale for cash and on deferred payments, and that WEDNESDAY, the 28th day of May, has been appointed tho day on which applications will be received at this office. If there should be more than one application for tho same villago allotment on the same day, the right to purchase tho allotment will be disposed of by auction amongst the applicants, and in the case of small farm allotments tho right to occupy the allotment will be determined by lot amongst the applicants. The railway line and the coach road pass through the settlement. The village allotments have been laid out on the level and clear land near the Schoolhouse. Several of the small farm allotments front tllC coach, road, all of them witli the exception of those nearest tho village are covered with bush. The. land is of good quality.
