THE undermentioned Subdivisions of Lot A of Town Section 142, Napier, will be offered by Public Auction, at the Council Chamber, Napier, at Noon on MONDAY, the 12th day of May next, for lease for a period of 42 years from the 15th day of September following. Subdivision one—9-£ perches ; with 36 feet frontage "to Hastings-street, and 72-J- feet to Browning-street Subdivision two — perches; 30 feet frontage to Hastings-street, with depth of 72J feet on North and S2| feet on South side. The upset rentals will be declared at the Sale. The business premises of Messrs. M. R. Miller, W. Prebble, Mrs. Kemp, and a portion oi those of Mr. N. Jacobs, stand on these Subdivisions. The subdivisions will be leased without the buildings on the premises occupied by Mrs. Kemp and Mr. Prebble, and those on that part of Subdivision Two occupied by Mr. Jacobs. These buildings are to be sold immediately after the expiration of the existing lease, and the purchaser will be required to remove them within fifteen days after the sale. W. WOODVILLE, NOHSEWOOD, AND TAIIORAITE Survey Districts. Crown Lands Office, Napier, April 28, 18S4. SEALED TENDERS to purchase on deferred payments the sections enumerated in the Schedule hereundor will be received up to 11 a.m. on FRIDAY, the 30th of May, when the tenders will be opened at a meeting of the Land Board. With each Tender there must be enclosed a deposit, for the rural land, of one-twenteith of the amount tendered, and for the Small Farm Allotment of one tenth the sum tendered. A license fee of ten shillings must also be sent with each tender. Any Tenders under the upset price given in the Schedule will not be considered. Tenders must be addressed to the Commisioner of Crown Lands at Napier, and must be distinctly marked on the envelope "Tender for Forfeited Deferred Payment Section."
