THE undermentioned Subdivisions of Lot A of Town Section 142, Napier, will be offered by Public Auction, at the Council Chamber, Napier, at Noon on MONDAY, tho 12th day of May next, for lease for a period of 42 years from the 15th day of September following. SubdiA-ision one—9-J- perches ; with 3G feet frontage to Hastings-street, and 72J feet to BroAA-ning-street Subdivision tAvo— B\ perches; 30 feet frontage to Hastings-street, with depth of 72| feet on North and feet on South side.
