INSURRECTION IN CUBA.
DEATH OF CHARLES READE. CRISIS IN CHINA.-—EXECUTION OF CHINESE OFFICIALS. (Received April 12, 2 p.m.) LONDON. April 11. Telegrams to hand from Cuba announce that a formidable rising has occurred there under Agucrs, tho well-known filibuster. Tho Cuban authorities have asked the Spanish Government to despatch a strong force of troops with a view to quell tho rebellion, which threatens to assume serious proportions. Obituary.—Charles Reade, D.C.L., the well-known novelist and dramatist, aged 70.
