Has been specially built for the Now Zealand trade by Messrs John Elder and Sous, of Glasgow, a firm famous for turning out tho fastest boats of the age. No expense has been spared in rendering her passenger accommodation equal to that of any steamer afloat. Lithographic plans of her various saloons, &c, can be seen at tho Company's offices. It is intended, weather permitting, that she shall go through the Straits of Magellan and call at the beautiful harbor of Rio do Janeiro. The saloon and state cabins lire superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisite for the comfort ef tho passengers, who are provided with bedding and all cabin fittings. Tho dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and Bteerago accommodation is all that could be desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the Mghest class as required, and vcrsols are 'despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Livorpool, and toshcls will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY- ; Messrs R. W.
