April 8. It is announced that the Queen has cloeided to adhere to her intention of visiting Hesse Darmstrdt, Germany, and Her Majesty's departure is now fixed for Monday next, the -Ith inst. In tho House of Commons last night the Electoral-Reform Bill, providing for a uniform qualification throughout the three Kingdoms, was, after a further discussion, read a second time on a division by a majority of 120. Tho Piimellites voted with tho Government. (Received April 9, 1.5 a.m.) April 7. The homeward mails via Suez and Brindisi, from Melbourne on July 28, were delivered here to-day.
