TO BE RUN ON EASTER MONDAY. The great "MALABAR CLUB" are desirous of making it known to their numerous patrons and the public that the first of their series of Consultations on the above event is now open. No. I of our Series. Shares 5s each. The press exposures of the bad and worthless amongst sweep promoters has had the effect of relegating those gentlemen to private life, and it is all the more to be hoped that those who now remain, tried and true though they be, should have at each drawing a Press representative, to prove bsyond a doubt the genuineness of the affair. • First Horse .. £1000 Non - starters Second do .. 400 divide .. 200 Third do. .. 200 Starters divide 200 Total £2000 The public, on reading the foregoing, will at once observe that our programme is identical in every respect with that put forward by rival establishments with this amazing difference. That to become a shareholder in their consultation, entitling you, if fortunate, to win £1,000, you require to invest one pound, whereas, in this our great effort, you merely require to invest 5s in order to secure you the winning of the same amount, or should you speculate a pound, you for that amount have four chances of winning £1000 as against one given by others. Four tickets for £1, but one or more will be sent to any address. Prospectus free on application. Enclose envelope, plainly directed. Result of each drawing sent at once to every subscriber. Tickets sent by return post. Address by letter only, "MALABAR," care G. E. Wilson, Pastoral Chambers, George-street, Sydney, N.S.W. Money Drawing. QPORTING TVT E W S . tfSf SECOND GRAND DRAWING IS NOW OPEN. First Drawing for £2000 on the Hamburgh principle filled up boforo the advertised time. Tho money will be returned for the largo number of applications that came too late for the first drawing, or programmes will be forwarded for Second. Drawing. The Second Drawing is now open, for the grand and equal distribution of Money Prizes, amounting to— £3 0 0 0, To be drawn the same as in Hamburgh and other Continental Cities. This Second Drawing will take place not later than the end of April, or earlier if filled, and the Third Drawing will open Ist May. These Grand Drawings will take place every two months. Over 900 applications for programmes are now registered for the Second Drawing. The Company were induced to make this Second Drawing for £3000, in consequence of the first drawing having filled so rapidly, also to enable them to give larger prizes. This Second Grand Drawing will consist of 240 Money Prizes, amounting to £3000, subscribed by 0000 members at 10s each. The various Money Prizes will bo distributed as follows: 1 £300 PRIZE 10 £30 PRIZES 1 £150 PRIZE 20 £20 PRIZES 1 £100 PRIZE 20 £15 PRIZES 2 £C 0 PRIZES 65 £10 PRIZES 4 £25 PRIZES | 116 £5 PRIZES Total Amount, £3000. 240 Money Prizes The Grand principle of these Hamburgh Drawings is that a purchaser of 25 Programmes is guaranteed a Prize, as it is so drawn that a prize must come out to every 25 numbers, and the chances are in favor of the investor drawing a large prize, as there are 124 largo prizes against 116 small ones. To any investor of £2 the' chances are only 6 to 1 against him drawing a prize, and the Head Prize or any other may be drawn by any invester of 10s. The large bulk of the Money in this Grand Drawing is not given away in one big prize, as it is in the Horse Consultations, but you will observe in the Hamburgh Drawing that the £3000 is fairly proportioned into 240 prizes, giving every shareholder an equal chance of getting a good prize. This Hamburgh Drawing is on the most novel, and will be conducted on the fairest principle possible, so as to give entire public satisfaction. This Second Drawing for £3000 will take place under the supervision of a committee of eight gentlemen, and the prizes will be paid over as early as possible after the drawing. . ' .
