LONDON
February 28. A bag containing twenty pounds weight of dynamite, with clockwork mechanism, was found to-day in the cloak-room of tho Charing Cross railway station. An infernal machine was also found at the Paddington railway station. These discoveries indicate that a plot is afoot to destroy the London railway terminus, and considerable alarm prevails in the publio mind.
