APPOINTMENT OF HOSPITAL SURGEON.

The Colonial Secretary has received a cable message from Dr. Keyworth, lute of Wellington, now in England, accepting the position of resident surgeon of the Wellington Hospital. Dr. Keyworth leaves England this month. Dr McKellar remains in charge until the 3lst March.
