Tho s.s. Maori steamed for Wairoa at 10 o'clock last night. Tho p.s. Manaia loft for Wairoa at 12 o'clock last night. The threo-masted schooner Mary Wadley has finished taking in ballast, and is to be towed out at 1 p.m. She is bound for Newcastle, N.S.W. Ihe s.s. Southern Cross leaves Gisborne to-night, and will be here to-morrow morning. She is advertised to sail for Wellington at 2 p.m. the same clay. The s.s. Kiwi is expected from Wellington to-morrow morning, and will probably leavo again at 7 p.m.

[by telegraph. 1 Wellington, This day, Tho mail steamer City of Sydney, with the January English mails, left San Francisco for Auckland on the 17th instant, two days later than her timo-tablo date. The Australia, with the January colonial mails, arrived at San Francisco from Auckland on the 25th instant, two days earlier than hor time-table date.
