The great "MALABAR CLUB" are desirous of making it known to their numerous patrons and the public that the first of their series of Consultations on the above event is now open. No. I of our Series. Shares 5s each. The press exposures of the bad and worthless amongst sweep promoters has had the effect of relegating those gentlemen to private life, and it is all the more to be hoped that those who now remain, tried and true though they be, should have at each drawing a Press representative, to prove bsyond a doubt the genuineness of the affair. First Horse .. £1000 Non - starters Second do .. 400 divide .. 200 Third do. .. 200 Starters divide 200 Total £2000 The public, on reading the foregoing, will at once observe that our programme is identical in every respect with that put forward by rival establishments with this amazing difference. That to become a shareholder in their consultation, entitling you, if fortunate, to win £1,000, you require to invest one pound, whereas, in this our great effort, you merely require to invest 5s in order to secure you the winning of the same amount, or should you speculate a pound, you for that amount have four chances of winning £1000 as against one given by others. Four tickets for £1, but one or more will be sent to any address. Prospectus free on application. Encbse envelope, plainly directed. Result of each drawing sent at once to every subscriber. Tickets sent by return post. Address by letter only, " MALABAR," care G-. E. Wilson, Pastoral Chambers, George-street, Sydney, N.S.W. OPORTINGiyTEWSGRAND DISTRIBUTION OF MONEY PRIZES Will take place similar to the Hamburg principle of drawings ; nothing of the kind has ever been introduced in N.Z., and the system that will be carried out in this and future drawings will tar surpass the chances of getting a prize than in any of the HORSE CONSULTATIONS, as people who have tried frequently in the NUMEEOUS HOESE CONSULTATIONS know to their sorrow. A trial in this drawing may convince the most sceptical, as the drawing will take place as soon as tho tickets are applied for, or not later than tho 28th of February. npHIS RAND y\RAWING Will consist of 160 Money Prizes, amounting in all to £2000, subscribed by 4000 Members at 10s each. The various Money Prizes will bo distributed as follows: — 1 £300 prize, 1 £150 prize, 1 £100 prize, 2 £50 prizes, 5 £20 prizes, 100 £10 prizes, 50 £5 prizes. The Grand Principle of this and future drawings will be that anyone purchasing 25 tickets must secure a prize, in fact guaranteed one, as a prize will be drawn from the ICO prizes to every 25 numbers up to the 4000. Any investor of £1 the chances will only be 12 to 1 against him, and any investor of £2 the chances will only be 6 to 1 against him getting a prize, and. the head prize or any other may be drawn by any investor of 10s. This drawing is on tho most novel, and will be conducted on the fairest principle possible, and investors will find it to their advantage to speculate a trifle in this, drawing in preference to the numerous Horse Consultations where the chances vary from 360 to 1 to 20,000 to 1 against getting a prize at all. Tlie drawing- -will take place under the immediate supervision of 6 gentlemen, and 2 youths will draw the numbers and prizes, and the prizes will all be paid over within 24 hours after tho drawing, or immediately after the winning numbers are forwarded, deducting the usual 10 per cent, for working expenses. Investors should apply at once, andall investors only may know after the drawing who the prizetakers are by forwarding a stamped envelope already addressed, thus insuring perfect faith and fidelity to all investors. These drawings for £2000 are to take place every two months ; this present one to close on the 28th of, February, and tho following one to open on the Ist of March. Prizes paid over within 24 houra after drawing. One prize must. come out to every 25 tickets. Notice—Name and Address of applicant must be plainly written.
