All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to tho secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates, except where otherwise stated. The rules and weights of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from tho gross amount of all stakos.
