Messrs Banner and Liddle's next wool sale will be held at their Spit stores on. Wodnesday, 27th instant. Tenders aro invited for alterations to a shop and the re-erection of an addition to a cottage at Hastings. Mr Pape, tailor and habit maker, has taken Mr R. Johnston into partnership, and has removed to Bryson's buildings, where business will be carried on under the style of Pape and J obnston. The offices of Mr John Collinge have been appointed the offices for the Hastings Town District Board. Outstanding accounts due to the late firm of Hopkinson aud Smith must be paid to Mr John Collinge by Ist proximo, or they will be sued for. Mr Henry Willis has the Commercial Hotel at Port Ahuriri to let or lease. Messrs Hardy and Sidey have cutlery and furnishing iromongery for sale at reduced prices.
