No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. General Entries, Tuesday, 4th March. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates, except where otherwise stated. The rules and weights of the Hawko's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will bo deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. ; Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes.
