Friday. Tho Government has introduced a bill in the Legislative Assembly for validating the seats of tho Hon. G. H. Reid, Minister of Public Instruction, Mr F. 13. Suttor, exMinister, and tho Hon. 11. E. Cohen, Minister of Justice, and others which were declared to be vacant by the Committee of Elections and Qualifications on account of an informality in regard to the proclamation of their elections. (Received January 26, 11.20 a.m.) This day. Ministers Elections Validating Bill 'was read a second time in the Legislative Assembly yesterday.
